a). Formation of 15 active women sanghas with a total membership of 900.
b). Sanghas for - Farmers, youth, Children, Widows, Traditional Drum beaters, Environment protection group, Formation of cultural troupes.
c). Awareness programmes on issues such as Women's issues, Political issues, Caste discrimination, Environmental issues, Land, Water management issues, Protection of village common properties.
d). Other Programmes: - Eradication of child labour and quarry workers' development.Eco-restoration programmes including organic farming, checkdams, kitchen garden raising.
Introduction of Vermiculture in the lands of small & marginal farmers.
e). Tree Planting and distribution of traditional varieties of saplings. Over 50,000 saplings have been distributed from the central nursery.
f). Resource mobilization from governments, Banks, Agencies and others.
g). Facilitating seminars, Workshops on micro and macro issues for community and other NGOs.
h). Serving as Training - cum - exposure centre for like minded NGO's and individuals on environmental programmes and community organisation.
i). Skills and Vocational Training for women.
j). Building health awareness through education, primary health care, revival of traditional health , practices and family welfare.
k). Promotion of small savings and credit unions.
